Women’s Champion Melina & Cryme Tyme def. Glamarella & Dolph Ziggler
In a rare Six-Person Mixed Tag Team Match, Women’s Champion Melina joined forces with Cryme Tyme to take on the team of Beth Phoenix & Santino Marella along with their partner for the night, Dolph Ziggler. In spite of the awesome strength of The Glamazon and Ziggler’s aggressive in-ring style, Cryme Tyme’s Shad prevailed, picking up the pin over Marella.

WWE.Com Adds Dolph Ziggler’s RAW Profile
Posted by admin on February 19th, 2009. Comments Off
The powers that be have finally decided to add Dolph Ziggler’s profile to WWE.Com. Now, I’m not saying that I don’t procrastinate (RAW results & media shall be added shortly), but really… I guess it’s better late than never.
Since making his debut on Raw, this aggressive young Superstar has made certain that every ring warrior on the roster knows his name. For weeks leading up to his first match he would approach Superstars and Divas alike in the locker room area with what has since become a familiar refrain: “Hi, I’m Dolph Ziggler.”
With his slicked-back blond hair, impressive physique and cocksure attitude, Ziggler gives off the aura of an athlete who knows exactly what he’s doing. The young Superstar makes use of his impressive amateur wrestling background (during which he won more matches than anyone in Kent State University’s history) to ensure that for years to come, the WWE Universe will remember the name of Dolph Ziggler.
As for RAW, in another “blink and you’ll miss him” moment, Dolph Ziggler was backstage as he spotted Mickie James randomly lounging around up against a pole, when he decided to introduce himself. After the usual “Hi, I’m Dolph Ziggler.” without missing a beat, Mickie James replied with “yeah, I’ve heard.” Guess some are harder to please than others?

Cena’s music and he comes bouncing out to the ring. Rey comes out next to great pop. Video from early when Rey said HBK had sold his soul but then Rey was attacked by Knox. Kofi is the third one out. Cryme Tyme rounds out their team. But then Kane comes out. Miz and Morrison come out to the ring. Dolph then comes out. Of course Knox is the last out for the heel team.
JTG and Dolph start the match. Dolph wanted to introduce himself but JTG started fighting and hit a high knee. Dolph is backed into the face corner and Shad tags in, they double team Dolph. Dolph gets beaten on but makes it back to his corner and tags in Morrison. Huge clothesline to Morrison who flips in the air, then Kofi tags in and comes over the top. A monkey flip to Morrison and then he’s slammed down. They all enter and face off across the ring, no punches thrown yet.
Chinlock on Kofi from Miz in the center of the ring. Kofi slams Miz down and tags in Rey. Hurricanrana to Miz. Rey’s whipped and gets his foot up. Rey hits a cheap shot on Knox and kicks Miz in the back of the head for two. Kane gets a cheap shot from outside and Miz tags Kane in. Kane works over Rey and tags in Knox. Knee sends Rey into a corner. Rey’s whipped then a clothesline/splash in the corner. Dolph tags in and kicks Rey. Dolph keeps a foot on the back of Rey’s head. Chinlock to Rey in the center of the ring. Rey drops lower to the mat, Dolph holds on tight. Huge clothesline to Rey who was trying to tag out. Morrison tags in and hits a number of punches to Rey’s head, Rey’s flat on the mat. Rey gets set up top facing out. Morrison tries for a back suplex up top, but Rey turns around, jumps and lands on Rey’s head, shoulders to hit huge head scissors from up top. Rey tags in Cena. Knox tags in. It all falls apart and Cena’s about to be choke slammed by Kane but Kofi flies. Dolph then gets slammed down as does Knox. Cena hits five knuckle shuffle on Knox while Kofi does his double leg drop on Dolph. Cena gets Knox up and hits an FU. Rey is bouncing on the apron calling for the tag and tags in and hits a splash for three!

RAW Results: Kelly Kelly & Dolph Ziggler Pt. 2
Posted by admin on February 19th, 2009. Comments Off
In a “blink or you’ll miss him” moment, Dolph Ziggler introduced himself to Kelly Kelly backstage. Before the two could actually converse, Kelly turned her back to bring her full attention to herself, primping in front of the mirror. Ziggler would walk away as The Miz and Morrison would later interject themselves into the scene. Later on in the night, John Cena would ‘name-call’ Dolph Ziggler during his in-ring promo.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Santa Claas – RAW Results & Media
Posted by admin on February 19th, 2009. Comments Off
The winner Dolph Ziggler was already in the ring out of the break. After Lilian Garcia announced his name, Dolph accepted the stick and allowed himself to introduce himself. Fans didn’t appreciate the introduction without a “Hello My Name Is…” sticker. Lilian then introduced Santa Clause, hailing from the South Pole. Out walked Santa Claas, per the graphic, with a bag slung over his shoulder. Haas handed out presents to kids ringside while Cole plugged SD/ECW taping in Baltimore tomorrow night featuring the new WWE champ. Ticket sales must be sluggish. Cole demanded a present while some greedy kids fought over the gifts. Haas finally made his way into the ring while Dolph shot him an eyebrow or three. Dolph then extended his hand, but Haas handed him the cover to a box instead and Dolph demanded the match to start.
“Santa, Santa” chant to start things, then Cole: “Santa may have the home field advantage in the Igloo.” Oh Lord help us. Haas, with a big fat gut, landed a big splash in the corner to start things off, but Dolph snapped off a dropkick that rocked Haas’s beard. Dolph followed with a leaping elbow drop for a two count. Haas did the big elbow combo to escape a chinlock while Lawler went to his bag of Mae Young jokes. Have to clear the cobwebs every few months. Fans tried to rally behind Santa Haas while Dolph continued to work his faux beard into his mouth. Lawler said it’s kind of surreal.
Santa Haas appeared to be tapping out from a chinlock, which would have been a first and orgasmic for Randy Orton, but Haas escaped and avoided an elbow drop. Haas then ripped off the beard and Santa’ed up with left hand jabs and a dropkick. Haas charged Dolph in the corner before missing a second corner splash and he walked into a leaping neckbreaker for the pin and the win.
Dolph tried to ruin every Cena fan’s night by tearing apart Santa Haas until ref Marty stopped him from ripping out the stuffing from Haas’s suit. Dolph finally had enough for one night and left the ring satisfied with himself. Where’s Sting to beat some respect into him?
