Dolph Ziggler qualified for the SmackDown Money in the Bank Ladder Match
In a whirlwind Triple Threat Match against Chavo Guerrero and Dolph Ziggler, MVP seemed close to victory after hitting the Play of the Day on the self-proclaimed “Mexican Warrior.” However, before the official could count to three, SmackDown Official Consultant Vickie Guerrero yanked him out of the ring. As The Franchise Playa disputed her actions, Dolph Ziggler locked in the sleeper hold to score the huge victory and qualify for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston def. Dolph Ziggler
With official SmackDown Consultant Vickie Guerrero at his side, Dolph Ziggler had an opportunity to become the No. 1 Contender to the Intercontinental Title if he could defeat reigning champion, Kofi Kingston. Despite a vigorous offense, Ziggler was stopped cold by Trouble in Paradise. Disappointed in Ziggler’s performance, Vickie walked off without him after the match.

Lots of new scans added!
Scans from three magazines have now been added to the gallery! First is the July issue of WWE Magazine where Ziggler was featured in “The Good, The Bad, The Ugly” column. He will be in the August issue answering your questions! If you haven’t sent them in, there still may be time. Next is the new WWE special magazine, The Best of WWE 2010. There are a few new pictures of Ziggler in there along with a survey of sorts. What movie can he endlessly quote? Was Michael Jackson his first concert? What’s his dream car? How about his secret talent? To find out the answers to those questions plus several more, check out the scan!
Last are a few scans from the August 2010 issue of PWI magazine. They analyze his WrestleMania performance with his Highlights and Lowlights (I don’t think they’re talking about his hair!). Dolph also has a comic in the back of the magazine. A talented artist drew a cartoon version of Perfection and threw in some jokes about him introducing himself to anything that came across his path.

Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston, Christian & MVP def. Dolph Ziggler, Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer
Young Superstars Dolph Ziggler, Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer displayed an effective and hungry effort. But in the end, it was the veteran Christian who shined when he countered the Zig Zag and stopped Ziggler cold with the Killswitch.
