Now that we’re in the McCruel Era as Michelle begins her first reign as WWE Women’s Champion, it’s time for a fresh start – and many changes!

As we’ve said before, and as it should be noted, Michelle is at the top of her profession: The World Wrestling Entertainment Women’s Champion! It doesn’t get any higher than that – it just doesn’t! The only feat Michelle is yet to accomplish is to secure her name in the WWE Hall of Fame, and at the rate she’s going, and the history she’s writing, she’s off to a great start. But, once more, this is the start of the true ‘McCruel Era’ in that Michelle’s previous reign as the Divas Champion was that of which a beloved WWE Diva. Today, she’s quite possibly the most controversial Diva in all of WWE, and rightfully so! Nothing Michelle does should go unnoticed, so you better recognize greatness when you see it; Michelle McCool is greatness personified in the living flesh! But, that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement either.

Take a look at a few of our suggestions as to what we’d like to see during her first reign!

The Attitude: If you thought Michelle was an arrogant, cocky, blonde bombshell with a chip on her shoulder before, just wait ’till you see her parade her new WWE Women’s Championship! WWE’s favorite golden girls had never looked so good or have been so bad! We’re hoping that with this reign, we’re going to see McCruel’s ego inflate so large, it’ll cast a shadow over Texas. The bigger, the badder, the blonder: the better! We’re talking extra mic time, more camera time, longer entrances, catchy one-liner insults, and all the eye rolling and hair flipping one can handle. Basically, we’re hoping Michelle is going to turn into a FULL ON DIVA – watch out, Mariah! She’s at the top of her profession, baby – why not let the gold get to her head and demand nothing shy of the best? After all darling, Michelle doesn’t sweat, she freakin’ glistens. Her first request as WWE Women’s Champion? Uh, a new entrance theme, hello!

The Look: While we have grown fond of Michelle McCool’s shorter (and natural) hair, we think it’s time to bring back those trusty hair extensions, and by the dozens! We’d love to see Michelle once again sport longer hair, only this time, much thicker, and perhaps with a darker shade of blonde. Now brace yourselves, cause we’re even BEGGING Michelle to get rid of her trademark bangs! What better way to kick off her reign by sporting something new, something fresh, and something… rewarding. These days, when it comes to hair, the longer, the better. As far as Michelle’s make-up palette is concerned, she doesn’t have to change much of that, just stick to going dark on the eyes and glossy with the lips. However, we’d sure love to see Michelle accessorize with diamonds, and if all else fails, cubic zirconia – one can never tell the difference anyway! Lovin’ life in the lap of luxury, it’s time to start basking in your glory!

The Fashion: While we adore Michelle’s personal taste in fashion (because boy, does she ever have the eye for it), it seems as though she’s been on a bit of a “hiatus” when it comes to impressing us with something new and exciting. Michelle’s the kind of girl that is happy and comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, she’ll even model it off when WWE schedules her for a photo shoot. However, you’re the WWE Women’s Champion now – you’ve got to set the bar with your threads. We’d love to see Michelle splurge a little on designer duds, and hell, make us even jealous! It’s time to bring out some Prada shades, Jimmy Choo shoes and dress as flamboyant as Alexander McQueen’s latest trend! Own it, honey! All eyes are on you, Chelly! If people are going to hate, might as well give them a reason while being rich, famous and fabulous!

The Move-Set: What better time than the present? Just as sure as Michelle will debut new wrestling gear at a pay-per-view, you can always expect at least one new move in every match Michelle competes in. I believe I’m not alone when I say I love it when Michelle plays to her strength, as many people underestimate just how much of a powerhouse she is. I’d love to see Michelle utilize her strength and rival that of which Beth Phoenix has come so accustomed to. There’s nothing wrong with taking someone else’s thunder, especially when you’re the Women’s Champion! I’d also love to see Michelle get a little more “air time,” and by that of course I mean tossing in a moonsault or two off the top rope. You know she’s fully capable of doing so, but just as baffled as I am when trying to figure out why she hasn’t tried many. Michelle’s got a great aggressive streak, and doesn’t need many pointers from her fans on how to put on one hell of a show – she does a fabulous job all on her own. Perhaps a new finisher or trademark move would be interesting, though.

The Storylines: Pitching storylines are always a little more difficult, because you never really know what WWE has in mind, but making suggestions are always fun. If nothing else, I’d love to see Michelle align herself with a WWE Superstar, though it isn’t necessary to take away from her thunder. Chuck Palumbo and Jamie Noble had made for a great love triangle, and for Michelle’s best storyline since her fall 2004 debut. A leading man for The First Lady of SmackDown makes for exciting fireworks and Michelle’s first “on camera kiss.” Oh, hell… yes, we all know that’ll never happen, but one can dream, right?

The Future: We want nothing more than for Michelle to pull out all the stops when it comes to entertaining the fans. Holding the Women’s Championship proves that she’s NUMERO UNO on the totem pole, so all eyes are on her. She’s the best of the best, and there’s a reason why she’s got the gold strapped to her name. We’d love to see Michelle up her shock-value as an entertainer and take some serious bumps that Trish Stratus had set the bar on. While being a well-rounded wrestler get’s you praise, it’s always nice to see someone take just as much as they dish out. Chair shots, table smashes, aggressive finishers… something that makes us begin our favorite WWE Chant: “HOLY SH!T” So, McCruel… show us what you’ve got, champ!
