It’s Friday! Which means Pay Day for most of us, and SmackDown for everybody! Josh Matthews is backstage with Kelly Kelly, and it’s really freaking us out. You mean, WWE hasn’t forgotten that Divas are good on the mic, too? Josh brings up the importance of Kelly’s “Money in The Bank” match against Layla for the WWE Women’s Championship. Kelly lets out all but a few words before she’s interrupted.

Layla cuts in singing “Smelly Kelly, Smelly Kelly!” She brushes off Josh, letting him know that his presence is no longer wanted. Wow, how exciting! Kelly’s going to be getting her first title match. Layla even adds some salt to someone’s wounds, asking Kelly if she’ll be doing some extra training like Rosa. (Side note: Awe, where was she this week? I was hoping she’d still be begging for approval. Oh, well. Let’s continue.) The only way that Kelly can possibly beat Layla is if she passes out from the bad smell that just radiates off Kelly. Just as Layla was about to spray some fragrance on Kelly, as a friendly favor, does Kelly actually wrap her hand around Layla’s neck! WHAT?! Temper! Temper!

Thankfully, Michelle wasn’t too far away and decided that if Kelly wants to bring the “violence” to Layla, will she actually bring it harder. SMACK! Michelle thunders over with her Women’s Championship nailing Kelly in the back of the head. Now maybe it was me, but I swear thought I heard something rattle in Kelly’s head… anyway! Michelle warns Kelly that if she wants to mess with Layla, there are consequences: her! After LayCool brushes their hands together, collect their titles and leave Kelly cowering on the floor (where she belongs, hehe), does Tiffany finally run to her aid. Seriously? Where was she when Kelly was getting, oh, I don’t know.. ATTACKED?! Takes a blonde to know a blonde. Which reminds us of joke: How many blondes does it take for LayCool to… never mind we’ll leave the McCruel jokes to LayCool. ;)

So, we’ve got one last week for WWE to build up the feud before the girls take it home, as they compete live on PPV when Layla defends her Women’s Championship against Kelly Kelly. So far, so good… it’s turning out to be an interesting program, and Michelle isn’t even the focal point! On the fashion front, it’s worth mentioning that Michelle wore red this week. RED! A lot of her fans have been asking for her to wear red ring attire, and this is as close as we get. Red does seem to suit her well, however… I don’t know if I’m ready to have Michelle drop the black sequins for some red ones. Michelle looked great, of course, but… she also looked a little bit too much like a WCW Nitro Girl. Perhaps it was the ka-booty shorts! Hopefully we’ll get a photo shoot out of LayCool anyway.
