Tonight’s the night for NXT’s Season 2 Finale! The Pros come out, followed by the final three Pros who introduce their Rookies. LayCool introduce the Number one Rookie (IN OUR HEARTS!) and for one last time, HEEEEEEEEEEERE’S KAVAL!

Everyone stands in the ring and Striker goes over what the winner will receive, then announces a Triple Threat Match between all three Rookies next! The Miz starts doing what he does best, talk. He gets in Kaval’s face and because Kaval don’t play that way, he shoves Miz. A little brawl begins ending with Miz and Alex Riley getting thrown out of the ring. Peace out!

They announce Season 3 of NXT and this time it will be all Divas! Kelly Kelly is the Pro to Rookie Naomi, Alicia Fox is paired with Maxine, probably the weirdest pairing goes to Goldust and Aksana, The Bellas have former NXT ring announcer Jamie, another strange group with Primo being the Pro to AJ and finally Vickie Guerrero’s Rookie, the 6 foot 9 giant Aloisia. Shame there’s no LayCool! They’ve proven to be the best Pros. Sorry Miz, but two seasons in a row or not, none of your Rookies have won! To the back of the line you go!

Alex Riley wins the Triple Threat. Actually he steals the win. LayCool cheer for Kaval on the outside like the awesome Pros that they are! Kaval connects with his rolling kick on Michael McGillicutty and starts to climb to the top to hit the Warrior’s Way. Riley jumps up and shoves Kaval to the floor, then covers McGillicutty for the 1-2-3. Psht. We all know who really won that match!

All five eliminated Rookies are at ringside. Matt Striker asks them who should win. Alex Riley gets votes from Titus O’Neil and Eli Cottonwood. Percy and Husky pick Michael and Lucky says this entire competition went down the toilet when he was voted off. Um, obviously not because you’re a sore loser. Let it go. Kaval’s better than you, end of story!

It’s time for the first elimination. ALEX RILEY gets the boot! The favorite to win the entire thing is voted off at 3rd! IN YO’ FACES!!! Miz throws a temper tantrum on the stage. LayCool mock him from behind with their crying faces. Miz and Melina could make a great tag team come to think of it.

Matt Striker has Kaval and Michael in the ring. He asks them to say why they should win and why the other should be eliminated. Michael starts off with a question to LayCool. Did they seriously submit their ninja baby into the NXT competition? Did you seriously just ask that? He talks about Kaval’s clothes, calling it a wet suit and saying that the ring isn’t a pool. Duh. He says it’s taken him 13 years to get here, so what makes him think he can do any better now that he is here. And for the most irrelevant part of his ramblings, Kaval means Flute. Right, well, every time I hear McGillicutty I think of I Love Lucy, how ya like those apples? We’re saved by the buzzer and Kaval is handed the microphone and the crowd goes wild! Kaval says that Michael was trained by Harley Race and he’s a third generation superstar, he’s been set up perfectly to be a star. But Kaval comes from a hardworking middle class family, he’s simply a kid from New York with a high school diploma and a deep voice. Kaval admits it did take him 13 years, but at every stage he’s earned respect around the world. He’s made sacrifices, shed blood, sweat and tears to work with legends like Eddie Guerrero. He tells Michael that he’s sadly mistaken because he will be the next breakout star.

Deep breaths because the time has come to name the winner of NXT Season Two. Drum roll please…

KAVAL WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LayCool come running to the ring and it’s time for that big celebration we’ve all been waiting for! …right after Michael gives us his sob story. He stands there for eternity, doing nothing. He’s wasting party time. Kaval won, hello! Michael says he doesn’t know what to say. No, really? Because you sure have been standing there looking all angry and wasting Kaval’s speech time! He questions how Kaval won, how his PPV match will suck, blah blah blah. He says that he may have lost the contract, but it won’t stop him from becoming a future champ. Can someone cut him off? Even Michael Cole is asking to hear from the winner!

Finally the show is Kaval’s! He starts by thanking all of us and doesn’t get much more out because the five eliminated Rookies storm the ring and attack him. You cannot be serious right now. First we have to listen to Michael whine and complain, now Kaval doesn’t even get to give a proper speech. Wade Barret didn’t get this kind of treatment! LayCool look on broken hearted while their Rookie (and winner!!) gets completely destroyed. Seriously, love how nobody even tried to stop that. No it’s okay, really. Just go ahead and let it happen. That’s cool. (Sarcasm.) Once again, even Cole is saying how this is Kaval’s moment.

There’s the AMAZING such as LayCool’s dresses, Michelle’s hair and KAVAL WINNING!!! Then there’s the horrible, like Kaval getting cheated out of a victory speech. When he wins the title at an upcoming PPV, he better get the stage to himself! Well, himself and LayCool of course!

This season has been the best! Sure it’s only the second, but it was by far more entertaining than last season. Did LayCool help with that? Of course. They help with everything! We’re sad that they aren’t Pros for next season, but all good things must come to an end. Except for LayCool. That can’t come to an end ever. …right!?

Michelle beat Kelly with the Faith Breaker. Pretty quick match, Kelly missed a move and Michelle countered into the Faith Breaker. Michelle and Layla celebrated in the ring. They played the video of them challenging Melina last night after Michelle came out and LayCool were making fun of her.

Happy anniversary (right?) to Raw! 900 episodes! You can’t beat that! We’ve been looking forward to this night for a while now. What will LayCool’s offer be to Melina? A box of Kleenex? A rematch at Night of Champions? Check back on MichelleMcCool.Net because we will be providing you with live coverage!

They recap Raw last week with LayCool telling Melina they have an offer for her.

LayCool are already in the ring, looking amazing! Their opponents? Melina and Eve. Oh this’ll be hard. Once again, Eve’s top doesn’t match her shorts or kneepads.

Melina and Michelle start the match. Melina takes it to Michelle, then knocks Layla off the apron. Michelle grabs Melina and takes her down, following with a cover, but Melina kicks out.

Michelle tags in Layla. Layla flings Melina by the hair. Layla goes to tag in Michelle, but Melina shoves her and she knocks Michelle off the apron. Melina comes from behind and rolls Layla up for the win.

Seriously? Hooray for a 30 second match on Raw.

Oh wait, LayCool have microphones! Michelle says this victory is just like Melina, forgettable. Oh no, she’s gonna cry! Layla says they need to find out who the real champ is. Michelle says Layla is the champ, Layla says Michelle’s the champ! They’re both the champ!

They challenge Melina to a unification title match at Night of Champions. Layla or Michelle will wrestle Melina at the PPV and when they win, they will unify the titles.

Melina says she thought they were going to say that, so she says she accepts, but under one condition. It’s a lumberjack match. LayCool agree.

Fine.
Fine.
FINE!

Our take? No thanks. Lumberjack matches in the past (see the Playboy matches at past WrestleManias) are just not that fun. Obviously this year is going to be compared to last year’s Night of Champions match with Melina and Michelle, and with all the other girls surrounding the ring, that pretty much guarantees we won’t see another DDT on the barricade or Michelle dropkicking Melina during her split entrance. On the bright side, it is another chance for Michelle to have a match (well maybe, she didn’t specify who would be wrestling Melina!) and to see her on PPV with hopefully a new attire! Oh and, duh. The woman to unify the titles? We’d love to see that added to her ever growing list of accomplishments!

Backstage (that’s beginning to be the given every week when it comes to LayCool) Rrrrrrrrosa is in Teddy’s office with a shake weight. Usually I would laugh at this thing because when I first saw it on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, I was cracking up. That is all kinds of wrong. But Rosa can’t even do that right! So many innuendos could be put here, but we’ll keep it PG. Anyway, she’s there, shaking her weight. Maybe she should go shake n bake? Teddy Long tells her she looks great. Yeah, well, his glasses are too small and he can’t see anything past his hatred for LayCool and their abundant happiness. Rosa shakes herself on out of there and Teddy sits down. In the corner a plant starts moving. The Mini-CLB is still in the tree and was spying on Teddy. Again we say, creepy! He tries to tell Teddy what he overheard, even using pantomimes. Either Hornswoggle is a horrible player at Charades or Teddy is just a ding dong. We’ll go with both. Poor Swoggle even tries a game of Pictionary. Teddy apparently doesn’t have Family Game Night because the dude cannot seem to understand anything. Clearly those squiggly lines meant, “LayCool are going to destroy Melina!” Teddy tells Hornswoggle they can work together somehow. Hopefully they won’t be playing as a team in Taboo.

LayCool are taking part in a photoshoot we’ll never see and if we do it won’t be for another 4 months. Kaval is with them as well. They take a few more shots then head over to check out their shots. Flawless… Flawless… Flawless! Wait, who said that!? Kaval!? He has come so far. He’s smiling, he’s using LayCool’s language. Did you vote for him yet?

Layla suggests someone who could use their help. Layla’s much better at playing Charades and Michelle’s a great player! She pretends to be Melina and Michelle’s still doubtful that they can help her. Layla questions if Teddy will like what they have planned for the 900th episode of Raw. LayCool may never be wrong, but Teddy probably get his long johns in a knot when they help people! He’s such a Negative Nancy, seriously. He’s about as wrong as Melina’s outfit at SummerSlam. LayCool really are always right! They said what we were all thinking. Melina looked like Big Bird and a Vegas Showgirl hooked up. Apparently it was something about a tribe but LayCool have no idea what tribe that was.

Layla gets excited and wants to talk about this Monday again, but the room has to be cleared out. Kaval, being such a good Rookie, ushers everyone else out. Michelle whispers their top secret plans to Layla and that’s all she wrote. Is it Monday yet?! We can’t wait to find out what LayCool have in store for Raw’s resident cry baby! Do you guys have any ideas??

The second to last week of NXT Season 2. Sniffle! Kaval has grown up so much, it brings a tear to our eyes. Okay not really, but we’re pretty sure somewhere Melina’s crying. Anyway we get a recap from last week when Cody threw his mega PMS fit. Such anger, such violence; we love it!

The Pros are introduced and LayCool come out looking gorgeous as usual. Michelle has on white pants while Layla’s wearing white shorts. What happened to matching?! Somewhere in the world is a law that says, “Michelle McCool needs to wear shorts as often as possible.” Sorry to Stacy Keibler and Chavo (yeah, we saw those shorts!), but Michelle’s got the best legs in the biz. Best legs, best abdominals, best everything! If the Flawless thing didn’t make sense to some before, hopefully it does now.

In the ring, the Rookies start talking about being in the finale three. Alex Riley says he has the look, he walks the walk and he definitely talks the talk. That is highly questionable, sir. Because you see, we happen to find you annoying and not really that cute. Move along please because Kaval is the total package! Kaval says the feeling is indescribable and he thanks the WWE Universe. He says last week he was ready to celebrate but couldn’t because a Pro lost control and was angry that his Rookie was eliminated when he should have been angry at himself for not getting his Rookie to the finals in the first place! That Pro is of course Cody Rhodes and Kaval doesn’t even bother trying to hide it.

Cody says Kaval should mind his tongue. (Layla sure minded it a few weeks ago. Wink wink!) Kaval has none of it and calls Cody out, saying he’s only where he is because of his daddy. Does somebody have some aloe vera for that burn!? Kaval says he’s earned his way here! He tells Cody that it’s easy to talk from 50 feet away so why doesn’t he come on down. Cody brushes it off, saying he’s “floored” by Kaval’s originality. He calls Kaval the gum he scrapes off the bottom of his boots. LayCool look to be twelve kinds of hacked off, standing up from their seats. Cody says he’s the Pro, Kaval is a wee little Rookie and his answer is no. He’s scared, he’s scared!

MVP adds in his two cents saying that Kaval just stepped up like a man, issued a challenge and Cody says no? Cody makes a comment about LayCool being Kaval’s babysitters and asks if he sleeps at the foot of MVP’s bed. Umm, that’s kinda creepy, Cody. MVP says no, but Kaval is his dog and LayCool are not his babysitters. MVP challenges Cody to a match and just to shut everyone up, Cody accepts it. Thank you.

Back from commercial we have the WWE Trivia Challenge. All three Rookies are around a big buzzer button, like the one on Family Feud. For round one, each question is worth 100 points and 20 points for round two. Matt Striker asks them various questions, easy questions might I add! Seriously, who doesn’t know Motörhead does Triple H’s entrance music?! Oh, that’s right, Michael McGillicutty and Alex Riley don’t! Actually Alex doesn’t seem to know squat about WWE hisory because at the end of the game, his grand total of a score was 200 points! Michael had 500 and your winner with 700 points, KAVAL!! While celebrating with LayCool, Matt Striker tells him what he’s won. Tomorrow at noon on WWE.com the polls will open up for the WWE Universe to vote for the next breakout star. Not only is he the total package, but Kaval will also have an advantage over the other two because his face is going to be plastered all over the site! WWE.com will have a special feature of Kaval!

Next Tuesday will be the season finale of NXT. Starting at noon tomorrow on WWE.com, the polls will be open and it’s time for our voices to be heard loud and clear! Or at least 50% of them, but still! Any little bit counts so be sure to head over there and vote!!! Sure Kaval deserves it, but honestly, how awesome will the reactions of Michelle and Layla be when he wins? So aside from voting for the total package, we’re also voting to see the biggest celebration in NXT history! There’s your incentive, now vote, vote, vote!

Is this what happens when LayCool defeats all the Divas? They have to amuse themselves backstage by plotting and planning against Melina? Hmm… we like it! Sure we miss seeing Michelle in action because let’s be honest here, nobody kills it in the ring like she does!

Layla brings up how Teddy isn’t exactly their biggest fan and how he might want to punish them for what they did to Melina at SummerSlam. But punish them? Really!? He should reward them for what they did. Michelle’s tired of seeing Melina cry, we’re tired of seeing Melina cry, Melina’s cheeks are tired of feeling her cry… I mean seriously! That girl needs to pop a Midol or just get over it! We get it, you won, woohoo! You don’t see Michelle bawling every time she beats someone up. Though if she did cry every time that happened, the Earth would probably be more than 70% water. Michelle hits a line that is officially the LayCool quote of the week. Melina is now Lady Wah-Wah. “Don’t cry again, don’t cry again… Melina-jandro!” Hopefully we see that on a shirt soon!

Regardless of how many tears Melina sheds or what Teddy Long attempts to come up with, it’ll be inferior compared to what LayCool’s got up their sleeve! Wanna know? Do ya? Do ya? Because it’s.. FLAW….less. LayCool must have a sixth sense because they lower their voices and try not to bring attention to themselves or their super secret scheme. They pinky swear not to tell anybody because Teddy cannot find out. Awww, the pinky swear! BFF necklaces, pinky swears, keeping each other’s secrets, gossiping about boys.. Michelle and Layla are the movie perfect image of best friends! I’m sure somewhere, Melina is tearing up.

It’s a good thing LayCool kept it hush hush because lurking in the plant was Hornswoggle. First off, that’s really flipping creepy. Second, how long was he in the Diva’s locker room?! Someone should put a tracker on him because he’s seen (and probably heard) far too much for his own good!

Recap: LayCool have something planned for Melina, Teddy drinks too much Haterade, Melina’s a cry baby and Hornswoggle is a CLB. If you don’t know what that is, cross your fingers that Stone Cold doesn’t come open up a can of whoop ass on ya. Thankfully we have NXT to break up this constant string of backstage segments! LayCool are out with some of the other Pros, the rest are in Hawaii for a tour. The Rookies come out and of course Kaval is welcomed with a cheering ovation! Layla has on a pink dress and Michelle in blue.. along with something we’ve missed, extensions!! Okay so she said on Twitter that they’re only clip ins, but we’ll take what we can get! We miss those long locks, darn it!

The Rookies are given one minute to talk about anything they want except for why they shouldn’t be eliminated. Kaval says his topic is NXT. He says behind every great man is a great woman, and he has two! Then Kaval busts out a rap! OHHHHHHHH! We’d say he’s a future Cena, but nope! He’s a future WWE Superstar named Kaval! Don’t try to say Kaval has no charisma and that he isn’t entertaining! He’s come a long way thanks to LayCool.

Matt Striker has a surprise and that is the first elimination. Sadly, it’s Percy Watson. Here’s hoping he shows up again some day because he is so entertaining! Oh yeah, baby!

Backstage LayCool are with Kaval, doing their Tiffany impression with a cheer. At least they didn’t go bananas and get arrested? They put their hands in.. 1-2-3 WIN! Kaval heads off to get ready for his match and Michelle has to ask Layla is there something going on with her and Kaval? That kiss a few weeks back was pretty intense, Michelle almost had to pull Layla off of him! Layla says of course not, she was just helping him out. “That was more like extra credit.” Lay insists it didn’t mean anything, but admits that he is cute. Michelle agrees with that and even thinks Layla and Kaval would look cute together. Layla says she likes to close her eyes and listen to him talk. Michelle has her eyes closed and says that’s pretty weird… We agree! Layla walks away and when Michelle opens her eyes, there’s Husky Harris. Is he obsessed with her or something? Every time she turns around, BAM! Husky! Maybe he’s upset he missed out on kissing her a few weeks ago and wants another chance. Yeah, not so much. He asks her if she believes in love at first sight or should he walk by again? ………how lame. If he’s trying to pick her up, at least be original! She tells him he should walk by again, but he doesn’t get the chance ’cause she is walking away! See ya, loser! He says she’ll change her mind after he beats her “little boy” tonight. Mmhm, right. Why don’t you walk by again and keep on walking.

It’s time for Kaval vs. Husky, again! This time we get the right results! The commentators make some smart statements, praising LayCool for getting Kaval to come out of his shell. After some awkward moments inside the ring, Kaval hits his Warrior’s Way and at last picks up the victory over Husky Harris! Sure Kaval has a bloody mouth, but that’s okay! A win is a win, and if he lost a tooth we’re sure LayCool will help him get his smile back. Or they could say he’s their redneck cousin Billy! A Southern twang with his deep voice? You know you’d laugh! Anyway, the moment brings back some retro actions from Michelle! Remember the swinging arm movement she’d do during her entrance back in the All-American Girl days?! She busted that out!

In the ring, Matt Striker asks Josh Matthews and Michael Cole who they think should win and who should be eliminated. Since when are their opinions relevant? They both say Alex Riley should win and Kaval should go home. Really? Who paid them off?! LayCool can take them both on, they’re hardcore! (Little bit Tommy Dreamer there!) They say Kaval has no charisma and he’s big on the internet. He has charisma, don’t hate because you white boys couldn’t write a rap that good! As for the internet? Cole’s just mad because nobody likes him. LayCool can shovel their words back in their mouths when Kaval wins NXT. They can even make train sounds while they feed them. “Here comes the choo-choo!”

Second elimination time, dun dun dunnnnn! See ya later, Husky Harris! Cody flips his lid and goes nuts! He goes after the Pros, including Layla saying she only wanted to make out with the Rookies. Michelle tells him to watch his mouth! Ooh, now he’s ticked LayCool off. Cody goes down to the Rookies and yells at them. He gets to Kaval and has nothing to say. He kicks him in the gut and a beating continues. The other Pros come running down and pull Cody off. From there it’s mayhem! Cody and Husky have lost it. Husky charges Kaval, ramming him into the barricade. Kofi and MVP get him off and leave him laying on the outside of the ring. Kaval manages to climb to the top turnbuckle and hits another Warrior’s Way on Husky all the way on the outside! Michelle and Layla are there, screaming at Husky. That’s what you get! Don’t mess with Kaval!!

By far this was one of the best episodes of NXT! The Kissing Contest was very fun to watch, but tonight was a soap opera, with lots of violence and yelling! Who knew Michelle could get so angry?! Well okay kneeing a Diva’s head into the announce table is pretty vicious, so that was a good indicator, but still! She was all kinds of fired up tonight! That plus her longer hair? Loving it!!
