In the second edition of Lovin’ Life featuring Michelle McCool’s advice, the All-American Diva tackles health, height, school and more. Read on to see what our fans asked Michelle and get ready to take some notes from her answers.

Question: I walk about a mile and I lift weights sometimes. Sometimes when I eat, I feel like all that work goes down the drain. Should I work out more or walk more? Do you have any advice? - Robert

Michelle McCool:
That depends on what you are looking for. Are you still wanting to lose more, bulk up, etc.? One thing is for certain, you have to feed/fuel your body in order to make any changes. Just try to make smart choices and that might help. Once you stop eating or cut your calories drastically, your body goes into shock. It then has a reverse effect. Your body thinks it’s starving, so it begins to store those extra calories instead of burning them off.

Question: Firstly I would just like to say how much of a beautiful woman you are, not just on the outside but on the inside (where it really counts). You’re a true role model. Now for the questions. At the moment, my family and myself are going through a bit of a bad time due to a cousin (who is older than me) becoming ill. I have tried to stay strong for as long as I can, but now it’s starting to affect my schoolwork because I’m beginning to feel emotionally exhausted. What can I do to stay strong and stay alert at school? - Melissa

Michelle McCool: Thank you very much for the compliments! Those are the best ones you can get! It’s not all about show, but making differences in people’s lives by being someone they can look up to. From the sounds of it, your cousin (who may be older than you) should look up to you as well.

I’m very sorry for your having to deal with something so awful, but I commend you for staying so strong and staying committed to your schoolwork. I know that things can get emotionally draining; more times than not. Try to find an outlet that can help you focus on positive things … reading, walking, praying, singing, etc. … It’s so important for you to stay strong, not only for your own well being, but for your cousin as well. Remember, keep your head up because miracles do happen!

Question: My teachers think I’m a ‘noob’ because I live and breathe wrestling. Any tips on how to get by that? You are in a great position to answer this one. – Jason

Michelle McCool: Have your teachers actually called you a ‘noob’? I don’t get this. When I was a teacher, I was absolutely amazed by some of the dreams my students had. I didn’t once think any were ridiculous. I would use it as a positive. Take the negative and use it to fuel your fire! Don’t let anyone get in the way of YOUR dreams!

Question: I have problems you wouldn’t even think of.

1. I’m in middle school and get picked on for many reasons – one of them being that I’m overweight.

2. I LOVE John Cena and know everything about him, and I’m the only person in 7th grade who even watches wrestling.

3. I’m from North Carolina and moved to New Jersey in December and I have a southern accent.

4. I am 5-foot-7 and only 12. I’m the TALLEST girl in my grade. And to make matters worse, when I moved to New Jersey, we moved away from some of my family.

5. How do I get a guy to notice me?

-Kylie

Michelle McCool: First, whoever is picking on you obviously has nothing better to do.

1. Don’t let the negative affect you. We are always going to have that to face in life.

2. Who doesn’t love John Cena?

3. Be proud of your southern accent! I used to tell people that I didn’t have an accent, they did!

4. I was always the tallest girl in my class. I was actually 5-foot-7 in the 7th grade myself. I think you’ll appreciate your height later.

5. My advice to getting a guy to notice you is simple: You have to be yourself. If you pretend to be someone you aren’t, your true colors will eventually shine through.

MichelleMcCool.Net is your number one source for information about WWE Diva, Michelle McCool that you won't find anywhere else! Here's a little sample of our latest exclusive interview with Michelle, in honor of our 6th Anniversary:

Have you had any injuries/accidents or moments in the ring that have ever made you think you can’t do it anymore? What kept you going?
"Passion keeps you going! It's no secret that the majority of the Superstars and Divas work injured, me included. I had the injury bug start biting pretty good this past year. The bulged disks in my neck were incredibly painful, but just as scary! My foot still isn't healed, which is really frustrating an impatient person. But, it comes with the territory and to answer the question: you just keep on keeping on!"
