On the mend
Michelle McCool told Diva Dish she’s excited and ready to get back into the action on SmackDown. In November 2006, the Diva was hospitalized for two weeks for an enlarged kidney, a broken sternum and an electrolyte imbalance. Now, she’s traveling with WWE and even getting in the ring at some live events.
“These days I’m getting better. I’m a lot stronger than I was. Personally, I think I’m about back up to 100 percent,” McCool said.
“Health-wise, I’m doing good. I’m taking each day one day at a time, and building up my strength and endurance. It’s crazy because it takes no time at all to lose everything you have and then so much time to gain it back.”
“I think I’m ready to get back in action, that’s for sure,” she smiled. “I’m here. I’m just waiting for them to use me!”

Idol Fan
Michelle McCool has been enjoying this season of American Idol. Her favorite part of the reality show is the often comical early audition rounds which bring out the best of the worst aspiring Idols.
“I know that sounds bad, but I love laughing at the people who can’t sing. I’m laughing because I’m right there with them. Nothing joyful comes out of my mouth!” she laughed. “If they can put themselves out there like that, more power to them.”
Michelle said some of this year’s auditions were so funny, she was in tears laughing at them. But the SmackDown Diva admitted she isn’t always in tune with the Idol judges.
“It’s funny because I’ll watch it and think somebody’s great if they can carry any tune whatsoever. Then the judges totally tear them apart and I’m like, ‘Oh, looked good to me!’ ”
So can WWE fans expect to see Michelle on a future season of American Idol?
“A singing show? Heck no! I would never embarrass myself like that! I know I can’t sing so there’s no point in even acting like I think I can, at all.”

The bald and the beautiful?
Diva Dish asked several of the SmackDown Divas what they think of bald men – are they hot or hideous? Most of the Divas dig it, and many are pulling for Mr. McMahon to win his Hair vs. Hair match against Donald Trump at WrestleMania 23.
Michelle McCool agreed with Kristal – she told Diva Dish she finds bald guys sexy, too, although she hasn’t dated one.
“If you can wear that look, and wear it with confidence, it turns me on. It does it for me. There are some bald men I’m attracted to,” McCool admitted. “Stone Cold’s pretty hot himself, for starters. I think Mr. McMahon would make a hot bald man. As much as I think he’s going to win and come out on top, I’d kind of like to see him with his head shaved. He’d be a sexier bald man than Trump.”

Healthy return
We’re sure most WWE fans have noticed Michelle McCool is looking better than ever and has returned to SmackDown. Diva Dish couldn’t be happier to see her back in action! Michelle took a moment to give us the details on her recent work outs.
“As far as physicality goes, I’ve been back on the live events competing in some matches. I’ve been hitting the gym – lifting weights and also running. I like free-weights versus machines,” she said.
Michelle said she prefers working out in the great outdoors even more than being in the gym.
“Being an athlete, I like to do more plyometric-type stuff and agility drills outside. I like walking lunges, jump squats, running stairs, push ups, boxing, hitting the heavy bag. I like to change it up and do a lot of stuff outside,” she said.

Celebrity crushes
At first, Michelle McCool said she’s not one for celebrity crushes, and instead likes “real men.” But when Diva Dish asked her to confess just one crush, she did.
“If I had to pick somebody I really had a crush on right now – solely based on looks alone – it would be Matthew McConaughey. He does it for me,” Michelle said.
“I like athletes. Every picture you see of Matthew he’s got his shirt off, he’s running, he’s doing push ups – that just turns me on. He’s hot,” she said. “Look at him – his face, his hair, everything. He’s taller than me! That’s hard to find.”

Italian adventures
Michelle McCool said not too many Italian guys hit on her while on the European tour, but she has a pretty good idea why.
”I haven’t noticed too much of a difference between Italian guys and American guys, but we’re sports-entertainers so maybe they know to stand back a little!” she laughed.

That’s hot… not
When it comes to the prison-bound heiress everyone’s talking about, a few WWE Divas expressed some strong opinions to Diva Dish.
Michelle McCool said she’s not a fan of Hilton, but she does enjoy watching The Simple Life, the E! reality show in which Hilton co-stars with Nicole Richie.
“It makes me laugh. I’m easily entertained, I guess,” the SmackDown Diva chuckled.
The former teacher has no sympathy for Hilton, though.
“As far as going to jail, honestly, I feel like if you do it, you have to pay the consequences, and that’s what’s she’s doing,” she said. “Tough luck. Maybe it’ll teach her a lesson and hopefully it’ll teach a lot of other people a lesson, in my opinion.”
