Not only is a birthday a celebration, but also, it is a milestone. Birthdays give us an opportunity to reflect on where we are today and where we?ve been in the past. Today, you’re officially out of your 20′s and embarking on an all-new journey in life as women in her 30′s – still fierce and fabulous as ever!
Awww…..thanks! I’m really banking on the saying that “the 30′s are the new 20′s!”

If Michelle McCool at thirty could give advice to Michelle McCool at age twenty, what would she say her future beholds? What would she tell her not to worry about, and what advice could you give her about loving life and dreaming big?
She’d say don’t worry…you only have one more semester of college before you’re finished! Then she’d tell her not to stress over the fact that she doesn’t know EXACTLY what she wants to do. She’d tell her to continue to try to make other people happy because that’s truly what makes her the happiest. She’d tell her to make sure she makes every moment count, learns from every mistake & continue to try to grow as a person each day! She’d say, go for it – you’ve got nothing to lose & you know your parents have got your back :)

It’s no secret that Michelle McCool isn’t very fond of ice cream, but how does she like her birthday cake (Chocolate, Velvet, Yellow, etc)? We’re guessing extra on the butter cream frosting, no doubt!
YUCK! Yep, no ice cream & I HATE chocolate! I know, I’m weird!!!! For me, I can deal with any type of cake because it’s strictly the buttercream frosting that I’m going after…..and LOTS of it!

Growing up in Palatka, FL, where was the “it” spot for the kids to celebrate their birthdays?
Ummmm….somewhere out of town! Really, no “it” spot for birthday parties here. Honestly, we always had them at our houses!

Do you have an all-time favorite birthday memory that you’d like to share with your fans?
Oh goodness….not that I can remember in particular. I do remember a birthday party where my parents took me and a group of friends to the roller skating rink which was VERY COOL….especially when it came time for the boy/girl song skate – you know, the one where you got all giggly and held hands to the song

Are there any “McCool Clan Traditions” for someone’s birthday?
Nah…not really! My mom’s birthday and mine are only 3 days apart so we always share a cake together!

Without naming names or dropping price tags, what is the most lavish birthday gift you’ve ever received?
You got me on that one….it’s never been about lavish gifts with me or my family! Heck, regifting is always possible :) Just kidding….it’s really just about making memories! I really don’t like to be bought for or to have the attention on me (yes, I know where I work but that’s different) for stuff like birthday parties, etc…

It’s your birthday, and you can cry if you want to! Do you have any disaster stories or any moments that stick out where you were upset on your big day? If so, we’d like to believe that Jeff may have done something to do with it, being your big brother and all. But hey, we’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.
I guess it wouldn’t be classified as a disaster, but I do clearly remember my 8th grade birthday party. My parents, who were a little strict, (but I definitely appreciate that now) told me and all the other parents that NO high schoolers would be allowed. Needless to say, Jeff wasn’t there AND when my cousin (who was in the 9th grade) showed up, my dad kicked him out. Obviously, no exceptions to the rule here! What they said…they stood by!

Since joining the WWE Family, you’ve had a couple of birthdays on the road. What’s it like when a Superstar or Diva is working on their birthday?
Normally, once word gets out, it’s all about the embarrassment! It’s like a family, so with birthdays on the road come cakes, posters, singing…..

Over your last 29 birthdays you must have received some amazing gifts. What were some of your favorites and do you still have them? Have you ever gotten a gift that you honestly didn’t like? What was it?
That’s a tough one and I don’t have an answer. I can’t think of a gift that I didn’t like. As far as my favorites, I don’t know….I’m sure I still have some. But you know…as a kid, it was always awesome getting cash!

You’re all about setting goals and moving forward; it’s one of the reasons we love you so much! What are some goals you would like to accomplish before your 31st birthday?
Defending my championship, having a match at WrestleMania, getting more involved in charity/non profit work….

Birthday cakes aren’t always a round dessert with some frosting and candles on top. When Josie was 9, her birthday cake was decked out with Disney Princesses. When Katy turned 7, her cake looked like a horse ranch. Did you ever have a special design or theme on yours? What, or who, was it?
How do you guys remember this stuff? I must have a horrible memory! I have been hit in the head a few times..I blame that :)

Some people can’t wait to turn 16 because they can drive, 18 because they can vote or 21 because they can drink. What was your favorite age to be? If you could stay that age forever, would you?
I’m gonna say 16 was pretty special because I could drive….however, I was in trouble (I think for not cleaning my room) so I didn’t get my license until 2 weeks later. I don’t drink so 21 wasn’t too different than 20…I’m going with 30 – we get better with age!!!

A surprise birthday implies people really thinking to keep your special day extra special. Have you ever had someone do something special or memorable for your birthday?
I am the worst! I hate surprises….thankfully, I never had a surprise party. I have had many family & friends do special stuff for my birthday! That’s what makes them such special days:)

Aside from new sweatpants and new sneakers, what are some items you have on your birthday list? If you could have any birthday present in the world, what would you want?
Can’t I still want new sweats!? A girl can’t have too many…OK, SUSHI – I want sushi; sushi cooked fresh for me every single day. Is that too much to ask? Sorry, guess it’s on my mind. Think I’ll get some tonight :)

At 30 years old we know that you are 5’10 and weigh 138 pounds. What were your stats when you were born?
7 lbs even….20 inches long!

We know you can’t tell us your birthday wish this year because it won’t come true, but have you ever made a birthday wish that did come true?
I can’t tell…..

Thanks guys! You continue to give me unconditional love & support. For that, I thank you! Here’s to an unbelievable 30th and 2010!!!!!!

MichelleMcCool.Net is your number one source for information about WWE Diva, Michelle McCool that you won't find anywhere else! Here's a little sample of our latest exclusive interview with Michelle, in honor of our 6th Anniversary:

Have you had any injuries/accidents or moments in the ring that have ever made you think you can’t do it anymore? What kept you going?
"Passion keeps you going! It's no secret that the majority of the Superstars and Divas work injured, me included. I had the injury bug start biting pretty good this past year. The bulged disks in my neck were incredibly painful, but just as scary! My foot still isn't healed, which is really frustrating an impatient person. But, it comes with the territory and to answer the question: you just keep on keeping on!"
